March is here at last! Spring is right around the corner...but if you live in a place like Michigan, winter last a really long time! And near the end of the season, your sweaters (which might've been pristine and new in the fall or at Xmas) may look, well, a bit mangy. Those little annoying pills! My favorite Topshop sweater has a nasty case of pilling already, and I just bought it in December! Or worse yet, the wool sweaters may end up moth eaten before next year! So, I recently had an opportunity to get in on a stay at a French villa (and fest passes)for the Cannes Film Festival this upcoming May- naturally I jumped on it! 2010 is going pretty well for me so far.... I had a great Xmas and new years, plus I love that time after the holidays when everything goes on sale! I bought a great tulle, bead and chain embellished shell at Anthropologie and can't wait to wear it this weekend! Not to mention the fact that I always like to see all the new spring stuff that comes out around now... yay! I want to buy these great boots from urban outfitters for spring... and this nice transitional piece... a cute taupe cardigan from from Topshop!
